Pursuant to the Alaska Native Claims Settlement Act (ANCSA) of 1971, as amended, and as may be provided for and allowed by the Indian Self-Determination Act of 1974, P.L. 93-638, and other state and federal laws, Tikigaq Corporation maintains a hiring preference for Alaska Natives and American Indians.
